I’m currently a Senior Conversation Designer at Amazon, working on building new products and features for Alexa devices. In 2022, I hosted the company-wide Conversation Design Summit in Seattle, WA.
Viv Labs - Lead Conversation Designer
As Lead Conversation Designer at Viv Labs, I crafted conversational experiences, wrote dialogue, and oversaw the voice and tone of Samsung’s voice-powered virtual personal assistant, Bixby. I wrote and designed dozens of Bixby voice experiences for mobile phones, speakers, smart watches, TVs and refrigerators.

VOLIO - LEAD Conversation WRITER
Founded by Nuance CEO Ron Croen, Volio used pre-recorded video and speech recognition technology to create interactive experiences guided by the user's voice.
We focused on helping brands like Esquire Magazine drive engagement and conversion by creating one-on-one conversation experiences at scale.
DEMO MOBILE CONFERENCE 2013
I wrote and helped deliver our “Demo God” award-winning presentation at Demo Mobile 2013, where our CEO had a live conversation with the Volio version of himself.
